    Stress and coping in nurses of the Covid 19 Emergency Service, National Hospital

    The objective of this research project is to determine the relationship between stress and coping in nurses of the COVID-19 emergency service, Hospital Nacional 2022. In the methodology, the study was structured with a correlational level, quantitative approach, cross-sectional, non-experimental, made up of 51 nursing professionals and the instrument applied will be two questionnaires, one to assess stress and the other to assess strategies. The statistical analysis will be carried out using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program for the analysis of the variables, a normality test will be applied to know the distribution of the variables and then the corresponding correlation test will be applied, which may be Rho Spearman if the distribution is not normal and Pearson if normal behavior is present.
