    Factors associated with the quality of nursing records in the surgical center of a national hospital in Lima, 2023

    Introduction: In Nursing, the quality of the records constitutes a relevant indicator in the management system in hospital institutions, surgical center is an area that uses different formats that are related to patient safety, an aspect that is directly related to the quality of this service, hence the importance of evaluating the records in this area. Objective: To determine the factors associated with the quality of the nursing records of the surgical center of a national hospital in Lima, 2023. Method: The research will have a quantitative approach, correlational design, and cross-section. 25 nursing professionals from the surgical center will participate. Data collection will be carried out using the survey and observation technique, with its questionnaire and checklist instruments, respectively, authored by Mamanchura and Vizcarra. The statistical analysis will be descriptive using frequency tables and graphs. To test the hypothesis, the Pearson R test (p<0.05) will be used.
