Publicación Acceso abierto Importancia del nivel de motivación laboral y su relación con el perfil profesional de las enfermeras de la Micro Red - DISA Lima Sur, 2014(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-07-09) Montalvo Luna, Mery Soledad; Remuzgo Huamán, Sara EmiliaThe research aims to determine the level of job motivation and its relationship with the professional profile of the nurses of the MICRO RED DISA Lima Sur developed during the 2014. The research is of non – experimental design, of application type, descriptive correlational level and cross-section. The population was formed by the nurses who work in the MICRO RED DISA Lima Sur. The sample consisted of 65 nurses, obtained through systematic random simple probabilistic sampling. The interview technique was used to collect the data and the instrument was the questionnaire. The instruments were tested for content and construct validity, by expert judgment then the pilot test was performed at a health care center of the first level of care. Also, the items were subjected to the reliability of the instrument by the test of Richard Kunderson. It is concluded that the work motivation does influence the professional profile of the nurses, there is a linear correlation between vocation and proactivity with the quality of care, based on the personal and professional needs that may be conscious or unconscious and arise as work behavior. That is why the importance of investing in human capital to participate and commit to the development of the country.
