Materials and Methods: The study was quantitative, descriptive, correlational. The population is 50 hemodialyzed patients with a comprehensive health, the instruments used were the checklist for the two variables, it was evaluated with logistic regression models. Results: Through the analysis it was possible to determine the conditions of reuse of hepatitis infection, no significant relationships were found and in relation to hepatitis infection, 12% had HBV, 32% had HCV and 34% had at least one of these infections. In relation to the conditions of reuse, none of them are significantly related to the diagnosis of hepatitis B or C. Pyrogenic reactions are not associated with the diagnosis of hepatitis (p value = 0.914), which is also verified in the odd ratio equal to 0. .94 (0.29-3.03) which shows that there is no relationship since the confidence interval includes the value one. Similarly, the variables: risk of infection is not associated with the diagnosis of hepatitis (p value = 0.955), it was concluded that the conditions of dialyzer reuse are not associated with Hepatitis B and C infections.Ítem Acceso abierto Palliative nursing care and quality of life of patients with end-stage kidney disease at the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-09-26) Montes Orosco, Martha Maritza; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosChronic terminal kidney disease (CTKD) is the irreversible loss of kidney function, affecting a significant portion of the global population. It represents the stage in which the patient may be in the final phase of their illness. Due to its complexity, managing this disease requires a coordinated effort to ensure that nursing professionals can provide palliative care and improve the quality of life during the final stage, preventing the outcome from being excessively painful. The primary objective of this research was to determine the relationship between nursing palliative care and the quality of life of patients with chronic terminal kidney disease at the Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza in 2021.
