    Determine self-care in adult patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Ricardo Palma clinic. Lima 2020. study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental and descriptive cross-sectional design. The sample population is 64 adult patients, who meet the inclusion criteria proposed by the researchers. The survey will be applied as a technique for data collection and a structured questionnaire as an instrument, called self-care assessment of patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, which was developed by Cabrera M, with a validation of 0.809% of Crombach's alpha. After coding and entering the data into an Excel database, the results will be presented in statistical tables with their corresponding analysis. This research will respect scientific and ethical guidelines.
