Ítem Acceso abierto Work overload related to stress in the Nursing staff in times of Covid19 at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-11) Moquillaza Castilla, María del Rosario; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaIntroduction: work overload and stress continue to increasingly affect the health of the working population worldwide and is becoming more noticeable in health personnel, which is why it is important to learn how it manifests and cope with it. Objective: Determine how work overload is related to stress in nursing staff in times of covid19 at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital Lima 2022. Materials and methods: The type of research is an applied, non-experimental quantitative, cross-sectional, correlational approach. The population will be finite and will consist of 80 people who are part of the nursing staff who work in the internal medicine hospitalization services of the Dos de Mayo national hospital Lima 2022. The data collection technique to be used will be the survey and will be applied 2 validated instruments to collect the information that will respond to the stated hypotheses, quantitative measurements and statistical analyzes will be made to determine the predictions of the problems raised. Research conduct in line with ethical principles will be maintained throughout the study.
