    Carga laboral y calidad de cuidado de enfermeria en el servicio de emergencia adulto del Hospital Cayetano Heredia 2022

    El estudio realizado es de relevancia porque busca hallar la relación entre la carga laboral y la calidad de cuidado de enfermería. La carga laboral genera un problema que puede afectar de manera psicológica y social al profesional de enfermería en el aspecto físico y mental trayendo como consecuencia negativa un cuidado ya no de calidad. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la Carga Laboral y la Calidad de Cuidado de enfermería del servicio de Emergencia Adulto del HCH, 2022. Metodología: El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, de diseño transversal y de cohorte. La población de estudio está conformada por 91licenciados de enfermería del Servicio de Emergencia Adulto del HCH., no se calculó el tamaño de muestra, porque la investigación fue censal. En la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos cuestionarios, para la variable Carga laboral y la variable Calidad de Cuidado de Enfermería, dicho instrumento elaborado por la autora Zúñiga (2020). Para el procesamiento de los datos recolectados se hace uso del programa Excel y el programa SPSS versión 25. Resultados: Muestra que hay una relación entre ambas variables de estudio.

    Effectiveness of nursing care in managing central venous catheters to prevent infections in adult patients

    Objective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of nursing care in the management of the central venous catheter for the prevention of infections in adult patients. Material and Methods: Systematic review of 10 selected articles, using the database of Pubmed, Elsevier, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Redalyc. It is a quantitative study with a systematic review design. Results: Nursing care on the effectiveness to prevent infections in adult patients with a central venous catheter, according to the results obtained from the systematic review carried out in the present study, we have by the type of design: 30% each, systematic review and quasi experimental, 20% meta-analysis, and 10% each, controlled clinical study and cohort. By type of quality: 60% high and 40% moderate. By country of origin: 40% United States, 20% each of the Netherlands and Chile, 10% each of them, Spain and Brazil. The 10 articles show that nursing care regarding effectiveness is aseptic technique, hand hygiene, the use of maximum sterile barrier precautions, the use of 2% chlorhexidine, the selection of an appropriate site, daily observation, precaution biosafety barrier, updating and training of nurses in the aseptic barrier technique and lid; It is essential for the prevention of infection associated with central venous catheters. Conclusion: The main nursing care regarding effectiveness in preventing infections in adult patients with venous catheters are hand hygiene, the use of maximum sterile barrier precautions, the use of 2% chlorhexidine, daily observation and ongoing training. nursing staff.
