    The relationship between the cognitive computing resources and the meaningful learning of the primary students of the I.E. MARCO FIDEL SUAREZ of the municipality of Coello (Tolima), Colombia in 2014. The quantitative method was used for the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable; The behavior of each one of the learnings was verified; The mean and standard deviation were found; The universe and the sample of the population investigated was census, since they were all the preschool grades, first and second (n = 93) of primary basic; The data collection instrument called "observation guide" was used, by means of a bar diagram; The processes used were Codification, Statistical Tabulation and Interpretation. The results showed that when using cognitive computing resources for children (such as PequeTIC, Childsplay, etc.), the attitudinal learning dimension is greatly enhanced; It was verified the procedural hypothesis regarding the use of cognitive computing resources influences significantly on procedural learning; It was found that the highest significance was given by the attitudinal dimension. It is concluded that the determination of the influence of cognitive computing resources for children (such as PequeTIC, Childsplay, etc.) is affected by the environment, context, technological infrastructure, reception of the signal (quality), The willingness of teachers to integrate ICT into the curriculum
