Ítem Acceso abierto Work stress and the humanized care of nurses in the intensive care unit of a clinic in Lima, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-02-18) Moran Molina, Lisset Pamela; Morillo Acasio, Berlina del RosarioThis research aims to determine the relationship that exists between work stress and the humanized care of nurses in the intensive care unit of a clinic in Lima 2024. The methodology falls into the category of applied type, in addition to having aquantitative approach. The level of study adopted is correlational, while the desing is defined as transversal, as well as non experimental. The simple is made up of 50 ICU nurses from a clinic in Lima. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, which is comprised of 31 items grouped into 3 dimensions. The data collection instruments used were the scales adpted and developed by Eda Ruiz Ccaulla, specifically the work Stress Scale validted in 2018 and the Humanized Care Scale, also adapted and developed by Eda Ruiz Ccaulla and colleagues in 2018. As criteria, Expert evaluation was considered to determine the validity of the instruments, While, to establish their reliability, Cronbachs alpha coefficient was calculated. In Conclusion The Word Stress in nursing profesionals in the intensive care unit of a clinic in Lima was mostly of a médium level. That is to say the greater the work stress, the lower the quality of care.
