At an international level, nursing work represents those that do not adopt adequate quality of life, where 51% do not have rest spaces, excess work, there are no physical activities, recreation, reaching a sedentary lifestyle, it is the fourth profession with the most stress. due to their responsibilities that professionals carry and more than 21% of professionals will have mental or organic disorders due to the direct link with the user's suffering.
