    Quality of nursing care and its relationship with the degree of satisfaction in hospitalized users at Hospital Octavio Mongrut, Lima, 2024

    The research work aims to identify the relationship between the level of satisfaction with nursing care in patients hospitalized at Hospital Octavio Mongrut, Lima, in 2024. Materials and Methods: A basic research project will be conducted with an observational and quantitative approach, at a correlational and cross-sectional level, involving a sample of 86 emergency hospitalized users from Hospital Octavio Mongrut. Two questionnaires will be administered using the survey technique: the "Caring Assessment Instrument" (Care-Q), which evaluates the level of satisfaction in its dimensions: Accessibility, Anticipation, Explanation and Facilitation, Comfort, Trust Relationship, Monitoring, and Follow-Up, and the evaluation format developed by Rondón AM and Salazar DR, which assesses nursing care in the following dimensions: Human Treatment, Timeliness of Care, Standardized Nursing Care, and Clarity of Information.
