Ítem Acceso abierto Humanized nursing care and its relationship with patient satisfaction post-surgery at the National Hospital Dos de Mayo, Lima, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-06-09) Moreno Contreras, Barbara del Carmen; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MariaObjective: To identify the relationship between humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction after surgery at the Surgical Center of the National Hospital Dos de Mayo in Lima in 2024. Methodology: The research will be quantitative and will employ the hypothetical-deductive method. The type of research will be applied, the design will be non-experimental, the approach will be cross-sectional, and the level will be correlational. Regarding the population, 180 post-operative patients from the surgical center of the Dos de Mayo Hospital in Lima, Peru, will be considered. The survey technique will be used, and an instrument with a questionnaire will be applied to measure the variables, specifically: the Humanized Nursing Care Questionnaire (PCHE III), which has a reliability coefficient of 0.88 (Cronbach's alpha). The results will be tabulated, and the necessary statistics will be interpreted using tables and graphs as appropriate. Finally, the degree of relationship between the two variables will be evaluated using Spearman's correlation coefficient according to the specified objective.
