This study was observational, cross-sectional, prospective, and descriptive. An instrument issued by the Peruvian Dental Association, which was modified and validated, was used, achieving a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.744, indicating high reliability. The sample consisted of 378 dentists who answered 26 online questions. The results by dimensions were as follows: telephone triage (85.94%), pre-appointment instructions (92.31%), pre-entry measures (73.21%), dentist protection (93.9%), and patient protection (82.23%). In the clinical area and solid waste management, the compliance levels were regular, with 78.78% and 57.03%, respectively. Overall, dentists had a compliance level of over 75% with COVID-19 biosecurity regulations. The hypothesis test conducted showed an approximate significance of 0%, rejecting the null hypothesis and concluding that more than 75% of dentists comply with COVID-19 biosecurity regulations.
