Publicación Acceso abierto Los conflictos socioambientales de las comunidades campesinas y la influencia en la gobernabilidad de la región Apurímac, 2018-2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-04-29) Gómez Peña, Arturo; Motta García, Andrés MartínThe study of socio-environmental conflicts in rural communities and governance in Apurímac region 2018-2019, has been carried out in a context where socio-environmental conflicts are growing due to the lack of answers from the government. The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between socio-environmental conflicts and governance in Apurímac region. The deductive method is used, with a quantitative approach of an applied type and correlational design with a sample of 219 community and social leaders to whom the questionnaire was applied. In this research, it was determined that there is a direct, high and significant relationship between the variables socio-environmental conflicts and governance, according to the results (Rho = 0.993, "p" = 0.000). This is an evidence that conflicts are inherent to human beings and they are showed because they are structural, permanent and dynamic in the management of limited natural resources in a society of increasing demand for needs. The struggle for control, use, access and distribution claim for the government´s intervention and try out the principles of governance that are efficiency, stability and legitimacy.Publicación Acceso abierto Políticas públicas sobre la trata de personas y su impacto en el ámbito social en Madre de Dios 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-30) Bailetti Mc Gregor, Óscar Pedro; Motta García, Andrés MartínThe general objective of this research was to determine how public policies on human trafficking impact the social sphere in the Madre de Dios region in 2022. The method used in this research work was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, cross-sectional and explanatory non-experimental design. because it starts from a hypothesis which is sought to falsify or refute, allowing conclusions to be drawn which must be confronted with the facts. For reliability purposes, 383 people were selected, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the sample, in the Madre de Dios region. The technique used is the survey and two questionnaires have been used as instruments, the same as when subjected to a content validity test by experts. Thus, it was concluded that public policies on human trafficking have an impact on the social sphere in the Madre de Dios region in 2022.
