Ítem Acceso abierto Professional quality of life and job performance of nursing staff working in a covid-19 modular hospital in Lima Norte, 2021.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-06-24) Muñoz Chavez, Carlos Alberto; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: To determine the relationship between professional quality of life and job performance of nursing staff working in a COVID-19 modular hospital in North Lima, 2021. Materials and Methods: This research is of a quantitative approach, with a correlational and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 93 nurses, and the data collection technique was the survey. The instruments used were the CVP-35 questionnaire and The Job Performance questionnaire. Results: Regarding the hypothesis analysis, in general, it was found that there is a significant relationship between professional quality of life and job performance (p<0.05). For specific hypotheses, a significant relationship was found between professional quality of life according to workload and job performance (p<0.05). A significant relationship was also found between professional quality of life according to managerial support and job performance (p<0.05). Finally, a significant relationship was found between professional quality of life according to intrinsic motivation and job performance (p<0.05). Conclusions: According to the general hypothesis, a significant relationship was found between the main variables of professional quality of life and job performance; according to the specific hypotheses, a significant relationship was found between professional quality of life according to its dimension of workload and job performance. Finally, a significant relationship was also found between professional quality of life according to managerial support and job performance.
