    Work stressors and competencies in the humanized care of nurses in the emergency area of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital, 2023

    The objective of this work was to determine how work stressors are related to the competencies in the humanized care of nurses in the emergency area of the Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, 2023. For this, a correlational descriptive investigation was carried out, with a design nonexperimental transversal with a hypothetical deductive method, with a sample of 86 licensed nurses from the emergency service of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital, who were admin….istered questionnaires to collect the information. With the execution of this work, it is expected to obtain the necessary results that allow to identify the level or state in which the variables are, as well as the way in which they are related.
