Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial risk factors and their relationship with job performance in the nursing staff of the Huacho Regional Hospital in Times of Covid-19, July - September 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-22) Murakami Reyes, Sumiko Yahayra; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaThe objective of this research project is to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and job performance in the nursing staff of the Huacho Regional Hospital in times of COVID-19. The research method is hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type and non-experimental design, given that the variables will not be manipulated, and the natural environment in which the nursing staff operate will be maintained, the population will be a total of 132 nurses, for which the following instruments will be applied: For the Psychosocial Risk variable, we will use the adapted Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (CoPsoQ) (ISTAS21-CoPsoQ): which is divided into 6 dimensions (38 items); psychological demands, insecurity, control over work, social support and quality of leadership, esteem, and double presence. In relation to the job performance variable, we will use the MINSA Professional (job) Performance Observation Guide, which consists of 8 dimensions; planning, responsibility, initiative, opportunity, quality of work, reliability and discretion, interpersonal relationships and compliance with standards.
