    Job stress and quality of life in nursing in the emergency service of a national hospital in Lima, 2024

    The present study aims to: Determine the relationship between work stress and quality of life in nursing. Methodology: A quantifiable study using a hypothetical-deductive method with a cross-sectional design, classified as an applied study. Population: The sample consists of 85 nursing professionals from a hospital in Lima, 2024. Participation will involve the application of the survey technique, using two questionnaires validated by experts and verified for reliability through statistical tests. These tools will facilitate data collection, which will be processed statistically in a descriptive manner through tables and figures, as well as inferentially using the Spearman's Rho test to validate the study hypotheses and provide the corresponding conclusions.
