    The study is beneficial from a managerial perspective, as it is important to understand the quality and improvement strategies for users in order to influence quality dimensions and positively modify them. Once these dimensions are modified, users will benefit from appropriate and comprehensive care, improving their quality and years of health life. The aim of this research is to evaluate the improvement strategy for users regarding the quality of healthcare services received, specifically in the emergency service of the National Maternal and Perinatal Institute.
