    Workload and job satisfaction in nursing professionals from the hospitalization service of the Madre Zoraida clinic 2022

    The general objective of this research was to establish the relationship between workload and job satisfaction in nursing professionals of the hospitalization service of the Madre Zoraida Clinic, 2022, for which a hypothetical-deductive method was used, a type of applied research with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design, for which the sample was made up of 120 nursing workers who were selected through the use of census sampling. The instruments applied were two questionnaires that complied with the validity and reliability processes in a timely manner. The results showed the existence of a significance lower than .05 (p=<0.05); as well as a coefficient of -.746 that allowed us to conclude that there is a medium to considerable inverse correlation between workload and job satisfaction in nursing professionals from the hospitalization service of the Madre Zoraida Clinic, 2022.
