Understanding and addressing work overload and the psychological well-being of these professionals can have a positive impact on their health and performance, as well as the quality of care they provide to patients Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between Work overload and well-being psychological in the nursing staff of the surgical center of the Villa El Salvador Emergency Hospital - 2024. Method: A descriptive correlational study will be carried out, with a census sample of 75 nurses, the data collection technique that will be applied will be the survey and how instrument will be used the questionnaire that will be validated by expert judgment. The questionnaire to measure the level of work overload has demonstrated validity and reliability KR-20=0.83; Likewise, the level of valid psychological well-being will be measured with a reliability of KR-20=0.86. For descriptive data analysis, frequency distribution tables will be used, using SPSS software.
