Not older than 10 years, in English. Results: in the present study, a population of 20 research articles was analyzed, the sample was 10 articles, of which 40% (4) correspond to systematic review, 30% (3) controlled clinical trials, 10% (1 ) cross-sectional analytical, 10% (1) correlational, 10% (1) is quasi-experimental study. We find that 30% (03) correspond to Spain, with 20% (02) we find Poland and with 10% (01) we find Canada, the United States, France, Georgia and the United Kingdom. Conclusions: According to the 10 articles reviewed, 100% conclude that kidney transplant is more effective and provides better quality of life because they experience better life participation rates compared to patients who receive dialysis, and the risk of mortality and cardiovascular events is reduced.
