On the other hand, the level of stress in nursing graduates is surrounded by stressful elements, so the presence of work stress must be recognized. This research is applied with a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional approach and at a correlational descriptive level. The population and census sample are the nursing professionals of the María Auxiliadora Hospital, during the first quarter of 2021. The survey technique is the one that will be applied to collect data on both variables. To measure work factors, the questionnaire adapted, validated and reliable by Joana Fornes Vives 2006 will be used, the instrument composed of 36 items in three dimensions such as pressure-demand, organization-human relations and environment. Likewise, for the level of stress, the Maslach Burnout Inventory instrument will be used with 22 items in three dimensions such as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment. The data will be statistically processed with the Pearson coefficient and expressed through graphs and bar tables.
