Ítem Acceso abierto Humanized care and satisfaction in patients who go to the emergency department of a hospital national public, Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-07-07) Nuñez Diaz, Sonia Azucena; Molina Torres, Jose GregorioWith the present new of the study, the general Objective postulated: Establish how human attention is related to satisfaction in patients who attend the emergency service of a government hospital, 2024. Methods form: Concrete research, quantitative, nonexperimental characteristic, correlational background and transectal line. People in study consisting of 322 individuals, based in patients admitted to be treated in the emergency service. Two validated and reliable questionnaire tools will be used, for the first one obtaining a Cronbach's alpha of 0.987, the author being Huercanos I. in 2011, and for the second instrument with a reliability of 0.80, the creator of the instrument being Castillo L. in 2018. The organization and classification of the collected data will be captured in Microsoft Excel, and the coding of the variables and dimensions; they will be observed with a SPSS map; The chronology continues according to the order established in the theory; trying to reduce the margins of error in the data to be processed, giving it a range of assessment, preparing the tabulation for the respective statistical analyses, and the interpretation in tables and graphs as appropriate. Statistical analysis will be done using Spearman's Rho test.Ítem Acceso abierto Virtual education and satisfaction in nursing students during the state of health emergency at a private university in Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-25) Nuñez Diaz, Sonia Azucena; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: Determine the relationship between virtual education and the level of satisfaction in 5th and 6th cycle nursing students during the state of health emergency at a Private University in Lima, 2022. Material and method: Hypothetical deductive method was used, with quantitative, descriptive and correlational approach. With non-experimental design. The population was made up of 283 nursing students, where a sample of 163 nursing students was obtained. Regarding the data collection technique, a survey was used. The instrument applied was the Perception of Virtual Teaching and Student Satisfaction scale by Valdez E, 2018; with a reliability of 0.875 Cronbach's Alpha. Results: It was shown that 49% of nursing students are moderately satisfied, while 52.1% of students expressed a moderate level for virtual education received. Conclusions: In the variables virtual education and level of satisfaction in nursing students showed that there is a good positive correlation (Rho =.735), which means that both variables are statistically significantly related.
