Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of humanized care and satisfaction of the relative of the hospitalized patient in the inpatient units of the Ricardo Palma Clinic in Lima 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-20) Olivares Masgo, Luis Enrique; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeThe research work presented below has as its primary objective to be able to know the level of perception of the family of hospitalized patients and how this relates to their final satisfaction in relation to the humanized care provided in the hospitalization services of the Ricardo Palma clinic in Lima in 2022. Materials and methods: Quantitative approach research; The research was of a cross-sectional correlational type, where the total finite population accessed was 130 relatives of patients admitted to the 8 hospitalization services of the Ricardo Palma clinic, taking a sample of 80 relatives for the research. The tool that was chosen to carry out this study of both variables was the survey together with its respective instrument for the first variable was a questionnaire made up of a total of 22 questions, which were distributed in 4 dimensions, these being biological, social, emotional and spiritual; For the study of the second variable, a questionnaire composed of 9 questions was used. Results: It was obtained that family satisfaction at the level of the 80 participants was that they were in a majority consensus as satisfied with the general performance of the nursing staff, showing that 28 people (46.7%) referred to the perception of humanized care as moderate while 12 of them (60%) referred to it as high. Conclusions: According to the results obtained in this research work, it was possible to determine the approval of the null hypothesis, maintaining that there is no significant relationship between the perception of humanized care and the satisfaction of the family members of hospitalized patients in the hospitalization units of the Ricardo Palma clinic in Lima 2022. Likewise, it was possible to determine that the general perception of humanized care is considered moderately favorable, however, at a general level, the majority response regarding the satisfaction of the family member was that the family members were satisfied with the nursing performance.
