(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-08) Vega Cáceres, Cesar Augusto; Orellano Benancio, Lizbardo
The purpose of the study was to establish the relationship between the academic training of the experts and the quality of the expert opinion, in the judicial district of Huánuco, 2021. For this study of hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied research, cross-sectional, correlational, of a non-experimental design, it considered 10 criminal experts in the area of ballistics, 25 judges, 25 prosecutors and 25 lawyers in criminal matters, the same ones that are related to the cases in which forensic ballistics intervenes, the events that occurred in the district of Huánuco, the same ones that were chosen based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria indicated for the study. It was found that 75% of the judges, prosecutors and lawyers said that practical reinforcement is always essential in the training of the ballistic expert for the development of the expert work; Likewise, 49% of the experts said that practical reinforcement is always essential in the training of the ballistic expert. Also, 73% of the judges, prosecutors and lawyers said that practical reinforcement always affects the improvement of the training of ballistic experts. It is concluded that for the hypothesis test the p-value is 0.000 (Pearson's Chi-square), less than the value of significance 0.05, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted; it is inferred that there is an association between the academic training of experts and the quality of the expert opinion in the Judicial District of Huánuco; that is to say, the higher the academic training, the higher the quality of the expert opinion.

Likewise, the general objective was: Determine how photogrammetry with unmanned aerial vehicles favors investigation civil forensic investigation of works with areas of difficult access, the general hypothesis was: Photogrammetry with unmanned aerial vehicles favors civil forensic investigation of works with areas of difficult access. The general research method was scientific, the specific research method was Inductive - Deductive, inductive because it allows reasoning based on a particular case to rise to general knowledge, and deductive because it allows reasoning to be used to obtain general conclusions for particular applications. (Pineda E. Alvarado E. ed. Al. 2008). The sample consisted of 80 expert reports where research work was carried out with areas of difficult access, which are: construction works, hydraulic works, road works and structures. The conclusion was reached: that photogrammetry in forensic civil investigation favors improving the times in the collection of information of indications and/or evidence, highlighting that 49.40% of forensic civil investigations were carried out indirectly because the works were found in inaccessible, insecure or difficult to access places and these were carried out with the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle (DRON). Likewise, the photogrammetry carried out in construction works is associated with the angle of inclination of the drone camera where the test of independence of variables (Chi-square) found p-value=0.018<0.05.

There was a population of 103 expert reports archived in the facial biometrics-MFI section of the OFICRI PNP Cusco, for which observation technique and a data collection sheet were used as an instrument. Results: 103 expert reports were analyzed, according to the correlation of Rho de Spearman it has a probability P=0.000 of relation is significant at 1%. , where the technology and internal links of the MFI system has a coefficient of 0.748 and with external links 0.605, between image and internal links of the MFI system has 0.483 and external links 0.369, between the environmental factors and internal links of the MFI system is 0.413 and external links of 0.359, the correlation between facial identification and use of the MFI system, it has a 0.598.Conclusion: Research has found that the limitations of facial identification, such as technologies, images, environmental factors influence image recognition through the MFI system, at the same time this prevents links in the database of the same system as that of RENIEC, resulting in minimal results in an identification by facial features.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-05-31) Cárdenas Torres, Pamela Patricia; Orellano Benancio, Lizbardo
The objective of the research was to determine how accounting expertise is related to money laundering control in travel and tourism agencies in the city of Lima, in the period 2023. The methodological design is deductive. It presents a quantitative approach, the study is applied, a "non-experimental"-transversal correlational research design. The population consisted of 107 chartered accountants of the REPEJ of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, with knowledge of tourism companies, of which eighty-three chartered accountants were taken as a sample. The instrument used was the questionnaire. The result obtained with Sphearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.525 and a highly significant probability value (p) of 0.000, which reveals a direct and moderate relationship between accounting expertise and money laundering in travel and tourism agencies in Lima during the period studied. This indicates that the association between accounting expertise and money laundering is not random; on the contrary, there is a statistically significant correlation. The research showed that accounting expertise plays a relevant role as solid evidence in cases of asset imbalance and unjustified asset growth, and its importance and strength can determine acquittals or convictions for money laundering. These results provide valuable information for travel and tourism agencies, as well as for judicial and fiscal processes; at the same time, the importance of the elaboration of the accounting expertise as evidence during the evidentiary and trial stage is highlighted.

This was reflected in a Pearson Chi-square value of 1679.818, with 960 degrees of freedom, and a highly significant p-value of 0.000, which indicates that the association between graphotechnical expertise and the assessments of convictions is not random, but statistically significant. In conclusion, the investigation confirmed that graphotechnical expertise plays a relevant role in the evaluation of evidence in cases of falsification of public documents, and its proper use can influence the results of convictions. These findings provide valuable information for the judicial field and highlight the importance of a correct use of graphotechnical expertise during the trial process.
