When we talk about quantitative research we refer to the statistical field, this is what this approach is based on, analyzing an objective reality based on numerical measurements and statistical analysis to determine predictions or patterns of behavior of the phenomenon or problem posed.Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial risk factors and their relationship with the work environment of the health personnel of a Barranca Cajatambo Hospital, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-22) Ortega Blas, Celia Karina; Molina Torres, Jose GregorioThis research work aims to "Determine the relationship between psychosocial factors and work environment in the health personnel of a Barranca Cajatambo Hospital" the methodology is a qualitative approach, hypothetical - deductive method, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational level. The population is made up of 155 respondents from the nursing staff. To measure the two variables, two instruments were used, a questionnaire of factors (ISTAS 21) that will measure psychosocial risk factors and the second instrument of work environment with author: Palma Carrillo Sonia in 2019, origin - Perú. The variable psychosocial factors will be measured through the dimension’s psychological demands, active work and development of activities, social support in the institution and quality of leadership, compensation, double presence, self-realization and work involvement, as well as the variable work climate in its dimensions of self-realization, labor involvement, supervision, communication and labor condition. Regarding the processing, the SPSS and MICROSOFT EXCEL programs will be used, for the statistical test the Spearman correlation coefficient will be applied.
