The methodology: Hypothetical-deductive methods will be used, the design is nonexperimental, and correlation of cross-section. The sample will consist of 76 nursing graduates, and the instruments that will be applied for the research work are the organizational climate questionnaire that will measure the perception of nursing graduates of their work environment and the observation guide of performance, which are already validated; both instruments have a high level of statistical reliability, the collection of information will last approximately 15 minutes, for each graduate, the analysis and interpretation will be used, descriptive statistics (Stenning test) and Person correlation to interpret the results using evidence in tables and graphs.Ítem Acceso abierto Self-care of the peritoneal catheter exit site and infection in dialysis patients at Hospital II Abancay, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-10) Ortiz Monroy, Bernice Yemira; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosPeritoneal dialysis is a renal replacement therapy that the patient performs at home. Among the procedures that the patient performs with guidance and monitoring by the nursing professional is self-care of the exit site of the peritoneal catheter. The general objective of the study is to determine the relationship that exists between the level of self-care of the peritoneal catheter exit site and the presence of infection in patients with peritoneal dialysis at Hospital II Abancay 2021. The present study will be an applied research with a correlational and cross-sectional design, the population is the patients of the peritoneal dialysis unit, which will be carried out in the months of October and November 2021. To measure self-care, a checklist will be used that was developed considering the nursing manual for the care of patients with peritoneal dialysis treatment and to collect data on the presence of infection we will use a checklist of the peritoneal orifice assessment scale according to Twardoswski, the data will be processed in a SPSS statistical program and for data analysis descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation will be used.
