Materials and Methods: The Nordic Questionnaire was used to measure the musculoskeletal disorders of caregivers and the Pedi-Cat to assess the disability of children. The population consisted of 224 individuals, with a sample of 130 caregivers and children. The research method was hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, and a cross-sectional correlational sub-design. Results: It was found that 73.8% of caregivers were female, with the predominant age group being 40-49 years. Of these, 92.3% of caregivers had musculoskeletal disorders, with the thoracolumbar region being the most affected (41.5%). Regarding the children with disabilities, 60% were male, with children aged 5-8 years representing 55.4%. Of these, 64.6% had reduced functional abilities, 32.3% had abilities within the expected range, and 3.1% had abilities below average. Conclusion: A significant relationship exists between musculoskeletal disorders in caregivers and the disability of children, with an inverse and strong correlation of -0.742.
