Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of safe nursing practices for the prevention of adverse events in hospitalized children(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-02-01) Osorio Julca, Rosa Priscila; Chirhuana Juárez, Claudia; Basurto Santillán, Ivan JavierObjective: To systematize the evidence found on the effectiveness of safe nursing practices for the prevention of adverse events in hospitalized children. Material and Methods: Systematic review, based on critical reading and carried out under the GRADE evaluation system to assess the quality of the evidence of the articles selected from the following databases: Epistemonikos, Sciencedirect, PubMed, Researchgate, Scielo, Elsevier. Results: The reviewed articles showed that 60% are systematic reviews and meta-analyses, 10% are quantitative cross-sectional studies, 10% are bibliographic reviews, 10% are descriptive cross-sectional studies and 10% are cohort studies. While 80% showed that safe nursing practice interventions for the prevention of adverse events in hospitalized children are effective. Conclusion: Of the 10 systematically reviewed articles (8/10) it was found that safe nursing practice interventions for the prevention of adverse events in hospitalized children are effective and in (2/10) no significant effectiveness was found.
