    Identificación de los errores de prescripción en recetas médicas de los pacientes atendidos en la farmacia ambulatoria del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza periodo agosto-octubre 2018

    The study was descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional, and retrospective, with an observational and descriptive design. The sample consisted of 450 medical prescriptions, and the instrument was adapted by the researcher. The percentage of prescriptions with errors related to prescriber data was between 1.7% and 5.0%, with a 95% confidence level, and the main error was in the seal (3.3% or 15). The percentage of prescriptions with errors in patient data was greater than 99.3%, with the main errors related to gender (99.8% or 429) and age (63.1% or 284). Between 96.7% and 99.3% of prescriptions had errors related to medication data, with the main errors concerning the route (96.2% or 433), duration (86.4% or 389), and frequency (45.1% or 203). The percentage of illegible prescriptions was between 1.8% and 5.3%. The percentage of prescriptions with errors related to the date was between 77% and 85% with a 95% significance level, with these errors primarily in the expiration date (81.8% or 365). It is concluded that all of the prescriptions contained at least one prescribing error, and most frequently, 6 to 8 errors were observed in 43.3% of prescriptions at the Outpatient Pharmacy service of the Archbishop Loayza National Hospital from August to October 2018.

    Módulo educativo para la promoción de la alimentación y nutrición saludable sobre el peso, hábitos de alimentación y prácticas de actividad física en una institución educativa inicial de Lima 2020

    The school environment is ideal for promoting healthy habits and preventing obesity. The objective of the research was to determine the effectiveness of the "Educational Module for the Promotion of Healthy Eating and Nutrition" on weight, eating habits and physical activity practices in students of the Buenos Aires Initial Educational Institution of Villa in the District of Santiago from Surco-Lima during the months of October-November 2020. The study was quantitative, applied research, quasi-experimental, prospective, longitudinal. It was evaluated in two moments. The sample was 33 students who met the inclusion criteria. The validated instruments were the Krece Plus test and the PAQ-A questionnaire. It is observed that from 36.4% with healthy weight it changes to 39.4%, from 15.2% with overweight it changes to 3%, the low weight is maintained at 3%. Obesity changes from 42.4% to 51.5%. There is no statistically significant difference in BMI according to Wilcoxon (p> .05). Low eating habits changed from 33.3% to 21.2%, 6.1% of high eating habits remained, and average eating habits varied from 60.6% to 72.7%. There is no difference according to Wilcoxon (p> .05). In the variable very low physical activity changes from 18.2% to 3%, normal physical activity from 63.6% to 57.6%, and physical activity quite changes from 18.2% to 39.4%. There is a difference on Physical Activity according to Wilcoxon (p <.05). Therefore, it is shown that the "Educational Module for the Promotion of Healthy Eating and Nutrition" is effective in the physical activity variable.
