Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate and job stress of nursing staff in a hospital in Metropolitan Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-02-10) Oyola Martínez, Jessica Elizabeth; Fuentes Siles, María AngélicaThe main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and level of work stress of the nursing staff of a hospital in Metropolitan Lima, 2022, for which a hypothetical-deductive method was implemented, with a type of applied research, of design not experimental cross-sectional study in a sample of 162 nurses to whom two questionnaires were applied in order to specify the present levels of organizational climate and work stress. The main results obtained through Spearman's Rho coefficient showed the existence of a significance lower than 0.05 (p=<0.05) likewise, the coefficient obtained was -.932, therefore, it was possible to conclude that there is an inverse and negative relationship between the organizational climate and the levels of work stress in the nursing staff of a hospital in Metropolitan Lima, 2022.
