Publicación Acceso abierto Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería del servicio de central de esterilización del Hospital Santa Rosa,Lima-2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-11) Pérez Morales, Yolanda Alejandrina; Zafra Trujillo, Emilia Clara; Matta Solis, Hernán HugoObjective: To determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the Sterilization Center of Santa Rosa Hospital, Lima-2017. Material and method: Quantitative approach, not experimental. Correlational - descriptive design. The sample consisted of 29 workers from the sterilization center. The instruments used were the OPS Organizational Climate Questionnaire and the Labor Satisfaction Questionnaire (SL-SPC). Results: Regarding the organizational climate, an average score of 2.75 was obtained in a range of 0-5, 62.1% have a medium level, followed by a 34.5% low level and finally a 3.4% high level. Regarding the variable "job satisfaction”, an average score of 128.7 was obtained in a range of 0-180, the majority (96.6%) has a level of regular satisfaction. The Spearman bivariate correlation statistical test yields a correlation index of +0.572 (p = 0.001) between both variables. The dimensions "reciprocity" and "participation" of the organizational climate have a statistically significant relationship with job satisfaction Conclusions: The variables "Organizational Climate" and "Labor Satisfaction" have a statistically significant strong proportional relationship in the nursing staff of the sterilization center of the Hospital Santa Rosa - Lima 2017.
