Ítem Acceso abierto Stress level and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the emergency service of a Hospital in Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-15) Pérez Pacheco, Ana Elvira; Basurto Santillán, Ivan JavierNursing professionals who work in the emergency setting assume extremely complex and demanding activities due to the diversity of difficulties they must face due to the shortage of specialized professionals, inadequate conditions for care, insufficient resources and equipment, among other factors that limit the exercise of his work. This, added to the situations of pain, suffering and death that they must attend to as part of their work, exposes them to stress and, therefore, low job satisfaction. Objective: Determine the relationship between stress level and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the emergency service of a hospital in Lima, 2022. MATERIALS AND METHODS: It will be quantitative, non-experimental - transversal and descriptive-correlational. 50 nurses will participate. The technique will be the survey and the instruments selected will be the Nursing Stress Scale to measure the variable level of stress and a job satisfaction questionnaire.
