Therefore, the research will provide important data that will help future health professionals develop a treatment plan, and the importance of the study in this age group of older adults is to provide data on the risk of falls and examine the association with physical condition in the Pariachi urbanization of the Ate district. The research was of a descriptive correlational type. The sample consists of 120 older adults from the Pariachi urbanization in the Ate district, with an average age of 70.19 years, representing 14.2% of older adults, and 56.7% are female. They were surveyed using the Senior Fitness Test battery and the Timed Up and Go test. A relationship was found between physical condition and fall risk, with a p-value < 0.05. It was found that 56.3% of older adults had a low fall risk, while 43.3% did not present any risk. Regarding the physical condition of the elderly, 50% had a normal physical condition or were within the values of the Senior Fitness Test, 39.2% had poor physical condition, and the remaining 10.8% had good physical condition. It is concluded that there is an association between fall risk and physical condition in older adults in the Pariachi urbanization of the Ate district
