Material and Methods: Systematic review, subjected to analytical reading and using the GRADE evaluation system to recognize the level of evidence of articles subsequently published in the databases: Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Epistemonikos, Scielo, Researchgate. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 60% are of high quality and 30% are of moderate quality and 10% are of low quality as described below: 30% (n= 3/10) are systematic reviews. 10% (n=1/10) is correlational, 10% (n=1/10) are non-experimental transversal. They are Quantitative experimental Causi 10% (n=1/10). They are Experimental studies 10% (n=1/10), It is quantitative correlational 10% (n=1/10). They are Quasi experimental 10% (n=1/10). It is Exploratory10%(n=1/10). They are studies that belong to the countries of Colombia (30%), followed by Spain (30%), in Cuba (2%), Guayaquil (1%) and Argentina (1%). Results: 100% (n=10/10) of the research demonstrates the impact of physical activity on the quality of life in older people, improving physical, emotional, and spiritual capacity in their environment and state of health. Conclusion: 10 of the 10 articles reviewed show the impact of physical activity on the quality of life in older adults, improving the state of physical health and non-communicable diseases.
