    De Los 10 artículos revisados, el 50%(5/10) corresponden al diseño metodológico de revisión sistemática y el 50%(5/10) son estudios descriptivos. De los 10 artículos revisados sistemáticamente, el 80% afirman que la visita familiar mejora la salud del paciente crítico, mientras que el 20% indica que la visita familiar obstaculiza la mejora de la salud.

    Gestión del capital humano y carga mental laboral en el profesional de enfermería en un hospital, Lima, 2023

    The main objective of this study was to determine the association between human capital management and mental workload in nursing professionals in a hospital in Lima in 2023. The methodology used was hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach and a design not experimental. The population included 504 nursing professionals, and the sample was selected through simple probabilistic and random sampling, with the participation of 219 professionals. The results revealed that the most represented group is in the range of 30 to 39 years, with a predominance of the female sex (61.2%). The majority of participants (61.2%) have 5 or more years of work experience, and 47.5% work as assistant nurses. Regarding human capital management, 48.4% obtained an efficient level, 39.3% were in the regular category, and 12.3% were classified as deficient. In relation to the mental work load, 54.3% experienced a medium level and 36.4% were classified as high level, suggesting that a large part of the participants face moderate cognitive and emotional demands in their work roles, due to the complexity of the tasks or pressure in the work environment. In conclusion, the results supported the general hypothesis, confirming that there is a significant association between human capital management and mental workload in nursing professionals at the Lima hospital in 2023.
