Quality care can provide effective user satisfaction for workers and groups, increasing the likelihood of their expected health outcomes and, in turn, is related to the professional attitudes they support. based on verifiable reviews. Objective: To establish the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of the user attending the emergency department. Methodology: The study will be of quantitative approach, applied type, correlational scope with non-experimental design and cross-sectional constituted with a study population of 600 users, with a sample of 250 users through probabilistic sampling that meet the study criteria, which are integrates users to be served in the emergency service, between the ages of 18 to 60 years, which agreed to participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent; will be excluded Family members of users, users who were not served in the service for not being considered an emergency care with: different abilities and/or disability so they cannot answer the questions, language limitations. For the collection of results, the survey will be applied through validated instruments of Arezonia Huamaní Layme in the year 2021, in this regard the reliability indexes for each variable respond to the values of 0.790 and 0.809 in the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient in accordance with the ethical aspects.
