    Self medication and inappropriate use of antibiotics constitute a public health problem that favors bacterial resistance, and the work also had as its Objective: To establish the implementation of PROA at the level of pharmaceutical establishments. Method: Quantitative approach, added to the descriptive, retrospective and observational. Information on antibacterials from 50 pharmaceutical establishments between SJL and Los Olivos was evaluated. Results: There are 80 (44.4%) types of pharmaceutical forms of penicillins, this number does not involve pharmaceutical form, origin, association with other molecules, etc.; cephalosporins 50 (25.02%), carbapenems, macrolides, aminoglycosides, quinolones, and others with 10 (5.6%). Conclusion: There is no connoted difference between the types of antibacterials that exist. Rather, the ubigeo denotes that they are "reserve" type products that are for in-hospital use, which is why in the information registry they do not exist for these products in the evaluated establishments. The AWARE (Access, watch, reserve) classification is met, indirectly, based on what we perceive as the authority's inspections and assessments of establishments. The assessed pharmaceutical establishments do not sell AWARE (Access, watch, reserve) special control products. There are no economic differences between product prices in both districts. The impact is positive.
