Publicación Acceso abierto Periodo subclínico de embriaguez y su relación con siniestros de tránsito, en el peritaje químico forense de la unidad desconcentrada de dosaje etílico Abancay 2021-2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-08-08) Palomino Llerena, Julio Cesar; Casana Jara, Kelly MilagritosThe problem detected in this unit was the increase in traffic accidents caused by drivers who were within the subclinical period of drunkenness (with values less than 0.50 g/l. zero grams, fifty centigrams of alcohol in blood), which according to the current legislation implemented in our country, are not usually penalized; The general objective was to establish the relationship between the subclinical period of drunkenness and traffic accidents, in the forensic chemical expertise of the decentralized alcohol dosing unit of Abancay during the years 2021-2022; The methodology was developed based on the quantitative approach, applied type, cross-sectional non-experimental design, correlational level, the sample consisted of 101 certificates that were selected by non-probability sampling for convenience and the technique used was documentary analysis and the instrument was a data collection sheet of 10 items that complement each other; The results revealed that the subclinical period of drunkenness is not significantly related to the crash, distraction and run over in the forensic chemical appraisal of the decentralized alcohol dosage unit of Abancay; The most representative conclusion was that the subclinical period of drunkenness is not significantly related to traffic accidents, with a Spearman's rho coefficient (0.074) and bilateral significance of 0.463, a value that was greater than the assumed error of 0.05.
