Publicación Acceso abierto Los hábitos de estudio y el aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes del primer ciclo de la segunda especialidad de emergencias y desastres de una universidad privada de Lima, 2021-II(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-02-17) Palomino Tataje, Luis Enrique; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between study habits and significant learning of students in the first cycle of the second specialty of emergencies and disasters of a private university in Lima, 2021-II, this research was based on a quantitative approach, applied type of study, non-experimental design, the study population consisted of 120 students, with a sample of 30 students. In relation to the method used for the development of this research, the hypothetical-deductive method was used, likewise, for the collection of information, the survey technique was applied, as an instrument two questionnaires with Likert-type scale, the first in reference to the study habits scale of Gilber Wrenn (1976), and the second questionnaire for meaningful learning, based on the principles of David Ausubel (1963-2009), presenting a reliability index according to Cronbach's alpha of 0.847 and 0.904 respectively. Likewise, these data obtained were analyzed by means of the SPSS v25 program, which allowed establishing the existing and positive relationship, considering that the significance value was 0.001 < 0.05 and a Spearman's Rho of 0.96, which means that the relationship is also direct and weak positive. Which is concluded in that, if there is a relationship between study habits and meaningful learning in first cycle students of the second specialty of emergencies and disasters of a Private University of Lima, 2021-II.
