Objective: determine the factors related to compliance with the vaccination schedule in children from 1 to 4 years old who attend the Private Clinic, Lima 2023. Materials and methodology: Hypothetical method, quatitative approach, non-experimental and correlational design. I carry out a questionnaire and the vaccination record. Population: 124 parents, obtained through simple random probabilistic sampling. Results: In terms of compliance with the vaccine schedule, 104 of the respondents did not comply with the vaccine schedule, while 20 did comply with the vaccine schedule. Economic factors obtained a p= 0.00 Chi square: 222.823, indicating that it is significant. That is, there is a relationship with compliance with the vaccination schedule. On the other hand, the cognitive factors had significance in the study, with a p=0.042 Chi square: 9.042 and the institutional factors with a p=0.014 Chi square: 8.461, indicating that it had significance. Conclusion: Economic factors, cognitive factors and institutional factors had a significant relationship with compliance with the vaccine schedule.
