This research is applied, with a quantitative approach, it will use a deductive method, because it will determine the problem from the general to the particular, the study population and census sample will be 35 nurses who work in the neonatal intensive care service of a hospital in Lima. . The technique will be the survey, with which the variable will be measured. Likewise, the instrument consists of 25 items with two general and specific dimensions and was validated by Díaz in 2014, in Mexico City and has a Kuder Richardon reliability, yielding a result of 0.64, which implies that it is highly reliable, the Results will be presented through statistical tables.
