The project's methodology is a quantitative approach. Regarding the methodological design, it is a descriptive, cross-sectional, prospective research. This project will have as a convenience sample 100 nurses who are working in different areas in an oncological institution in Lima, Peru. 2020. The instrument evaluating the resilience variable is the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale, originally from the United States, with a reliability level of 0.81 and a validity level of 0.81. 0.93, with a 0.5 level of significance. The adaptation carried out in Peru by Novella in 2002 is presented. This instrument is structured in 25 questions on a Likert-type format scale.
