    Level of resilience in the nursing professional working in an oncological institution in Lima - Peru 2021

    We understand resilience as the universal human capacity that makes us face different misfortunes in life, overcome all or most of them until we undergo a metamorphosis through it; It refers that resilience should be stimulated from the childhood stage since it is an evolutionary process. The project's methodology is a quantitative approach. Regarding the methodological design, it is a descriptive, cross-sectional, prospective research. This project will have as a convenience sample 100 nurses who are working in different areas in an oncological institution in Lima, Peru. 2020. The instrument evaluating the resilience variable is the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale, originally from the United States, with a reliability level of 0.81 and a validity level of 0.81. 0.93, with a 0.5 level of significance. The adaptation carried out in Peru by Novella in 2002 is presented. This instrument is structured in 25 questions on a Likert-type format scale.
