Ítem Acceso abierto Relationship between Fatigue Levels and Working Conditions of Nurses at Santa María del Socorro Hospital During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Ica – 2020.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-03-21) Parra Salcedo, Isabel Flora Yacqueline; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoThe objective of this study is to determine the level of fatigue related to working conditions among nurses at the Santa María del Socorro Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Material and Methods: This is a quantitative study with qualitative variables, descriptive, and cross-sectional. The population consists of 80 nursing professionals working at the institution, categorizing inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out using a survey as the technique, with validated instruments through a pilot test involving 30 participants for the fatigue variable ("Check List Individual Strength" - CIS) and working conditions ("Self-assessment of nursing working conditions in high-complexity settings"). A data tabulation and analysis plan was used. Data processing will be performed using SPSS 26 for analysis. Results: The results will be presented in tables and bar graphs, which will help identify the direct or indirect relationship between the level of fatigue and working conditions among the nurses, in order to pinpoint the main issues and improve working conditions to reduce the risk of fatigue among nurses.
