The objective the criminal psychological profile of the criminal psychological profile of the homicide as a factor that influences femicide crimes, Ayacucho 2021.The type of research used is deductive, quantitative approach, correlational level. The sampling is not probabilistic; 80 people were considered as a sample: 30 judges in criminal matters, 30 prosecutors in criminal matter and 20 trial lawyer in criminal matters, to whom the survey instrument that measures the variables of the criminal psychological profile and femicide, in its dimensions of psychological, biological and social factors in non-intimate and related intimate femicide, obtaining as a result that these is a relationship between the criminal psychological profile of the murder as a factor that influences femicide crimes. Corroborating and contrasting our study hypothesis, it has been demonstrated using Spearman’s RHO coefficient, concluding that the criminal psychological profile is related to the crime of femicide. Corroborating that there is a relationship between the variables in positive way of moderate degree r=0.995. Likewise, a relationship was found between the dimensions of the biological factor, social factor and psychological factor, showing a significance less than (p <0.005). Likewise, a relationship was found between the dimensins of the biological, factor social and psycological factor, showing a significance less tan (p <0.005). And to conclude, the pertinent recommendations are made, such as: Incorporate the criminal psycological profile as scientific evidence, to clarify the facts of femicide to contribute to the investigación.
