Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial risk factors and the performance of nursing staff at the Dos De Mayo National Hospital, Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-18) Paulino Chucle, Inocencia Antonia; Morillo Acasio, Berlina del RosarioThe present research titled: “psychosocial risk factors and the work performance of the nursing staff at the Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, Lima 2022”, general objective is to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and the work performance of the nursing staff; type of observational study, applied cross-sectional, non-experimental design with correlational and cross-sectional scope. Population of 134 Nurses, census sample. The technique was the survey and as instruments an already validated questionnaire. The reliability of the psychosocial risk factors variable in Cronbach's Alpha. 0.956, indicates that it is reliable, the job performance variable where reliability in Cronbach's Alpha with 0.921, which confirms the hypothesis of general reliability of the instrument. While the validation of the instrument was validated through expert judgment, so the instrument was not manipulated. Both tests affirm the validity hypothesis of the instrument. In conclusion, it is stated that there is a relationship between psychosocial risk factors and work performance of the nursing professional at HNDM, Lima, 2022. Which means that the greater the presence of psychosocial risk factors at work, the lower the work performance of the nursing professionals. .
