    Organizational climate and job satisfaction in the professional nursing staff of the San Juan de Dios Clinic, Lima 2018.

    The objective of our research was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among the professional nursing staff of the San Juan de Dios Clinic, Lima, 2018. The study had a non-experimental design with a quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational approach. The survey technique was used, and the instruments employed were Likert-type questionnaires. The population consisted of 50 nurses. The results showed a correlation between the two variables using the Spearman Rho test (0.223). It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among the institution's staff.
