Quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the emergency service of a private clinic

The quality of care is a globally recognized issue that is commonly applied throughout the public and private institutional sphere, regardless of its organizational level. The quality of care in the health system is the simplification of the processes in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and health conservation with referential quality standards; then all quality in the provision of health is evaluated by the users who finally if their expectations were satisfied or unsatisfied. The objective of this work is "Determine the level of relationship that exists between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the emergency service of a private clinic. The methodology used will be a deductive investigation, quantitative approach, observational type, correlational descriptive level, cross-sectional non-experimental design. The sample will be made up of 246 patients who were treated in the emergency service of the private clinic. The technique used will be surveys and its SERVQUAL instrument was modified by MINSA for health establishments, these instruments will be made available to expert judgment for validation and reliability will be measured by means of statistics for that purpose. It will be executed between February, March and April 2024. The data that is obtained will be classified, stored in a database and then analyzed through the use of computer systems (excell 2013 and SPSS 28). The data will be analyzed, then illustrated in tables and graphs as appropriate; Finally, the interpretation analyzes will be carried out by means of the Spearman's Rho unparamented tests to accept or reject the hypotheses.
