    Calidad de servicio y satisfacción de los pacientes respecto al cuidado de enfermería en el área de cirugía de una institución hospitalaria, Callao 2023

    The objective of the research was “to determine the relationship between the quality of service and patient satisfaction regarding nursing care in the surgery area of a Hospital Institution, Callao 2023”; The approach was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational, the population was composed of non-probabilistic sampling of 100 patients hospitalized in the surgery area, for data collection, instruments were applied, which consisted of two questionnaires, one for measure the quality of service variable and the other to assess patient satisfaction; The two instruments passed the relevant validity, and both reported a high level of reliability through Cronbach's Alpha (0.867 and 0.854). The results found that there is a significant and direct relationship between the quality of service and the satisfaction of hospitalized patients, with a significance level of 0.000 and a Rho = 0.711; concluding that there is a significant relationship between the two variables: Quality and satisfaction.
